Noble elixir, Muscat, ice wine

At the beginning of January 2009, at four o'clock in the morning at -12˚C and in 30 cm of snow, we picked frozen Muscat grapes from the vine. With precise care, it has matured into a wine for special moments. While waiting, the ice has retained fruitiness of the grapes, the aromas of dried fruit and honey have developed throughout maturation, and they are complemented by a richness of noble rot. Certainly a predicate of the intense golden color that nature gives to man as a challenge in all aspects
