Beerenauslese

As usual when trying to produce Beerenauslese (grape selection), we waited for the grapes to become infected with noble rot and dried out and only than we picked these raisin-like grapes. Despite the predicate characteristics we can still notice typical aroma of Muscat interacting with flavours of honey and delicate citruses. The oily texture of the golden color and the long aftertaste complete the overall image of the wine.
