Sauvignon Blanc

As a dry wine, our Sauvignon Blanc makes a good representative of our fresh line of wines. Grapes ripen in the shade of leafs and are then welcomed with cold maceration and fermentation at low temperatures, combined with different types of yeast. These techniques result in vegetal notes, particularly nettle, hay and blackcurrant leaf. It pairs well with simple dishes, young cheese, fish, pasta and vegetarian food.
