The grapes of Pinot Grigio ripen every year well on marl soil, which gives the predisposition for strong white wine, with a full taste of soil and sun. The maceration of the grapes gives the wine it's typical colour, meanwhile the body is additionally enhanced by 6 months of fine lees left in the wine. This Pinot Grigio is a good companion to main courses as well as to grilled meat.
