In year 2013 we filled earthenware vessel called »kvevri« with ripe Pinot Grigio grapes. In the next 6 months maceration and fermentation with native yeasts proceded in sealed »kvevri«. In adition, wine was aged with fine lees in oak barrel and then botled without filtration. Lutum is a full bodied wine of shiny amber colour, with slightly astringent taste and oaky notes, which all plesantly combine together. When served and aerated in a large glass, it delivers something new and exciting over and over again.
