Botricija

Under our registered brand Botricija are presented selections of different grape varieties (Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat, Gewürztraminer, Welschriesling). The main feature of Predicate wines is its significant taste of noble rot, Botrytis cinerea in latin, which is where we have drawn inspiration for our brand name. Botricija is of the intense gold colour, sweet and full-bodied and becomes a pleasantly drinkable wine, when paired with sweet dessert.
