Muscat

This time, Muscat is presented as dry wine. Nicely ripened grapes were picked from vines, grown solely on the best located vineyard, in vicinity of the church of St. Anne in Vidošiči. We than opted for maceration, followed by maturation of the wine for another 6 months with fine lees. Matching main course and this full-bodied wine with exquisit muscat aroma, should't leave anyone disapponited.
